At the first glance he looks cynical, but then when you look a bit closer you realise he's got a heart speech bubble, it sorta doesn't match his expression. And then when you continuously stare at him (just like he's staring at you) you (well i) feel that he doesn't look malicious, moreoverly CUDDLY!! <333

You don't just say "-adds critique anyway-" when it states that it isn't wanted. It's very rude and disrespectful to the artist.
You'll come across artists who welcome critique elsewhere. But Mirukai isn't one of them, so keep your mouth shut if you intend to crit her work. She can improve just fine on her own.
