Lord Zibbly was right, you could barely see the shading on his top and trousers... so I made it abit more visible. My computer screen is strange... so I can't see shading all that well. Sometimes it looks better than it actually is... so yeah. >_>; I hope it looks better now.

I think you should try making your shading a little more obvious though, except for the leather straps and the hair you can barely notice there's any shading at all.
